My name is John Mahland and I am the owner of Spotless Gutter Cleaning & Repair, Inc. We serve Westchester County, New York. I have been in the gutter cleaning, gutter repair and gutter installation business for over 10 years. I originally started on Long Island and expanded into Westchester County, NY and have been located in New Rochelle since January of 2014.
We are licensed in Westchester County and are specialists at gutter cleaning. Gutter cleaning is the backbone of what we do. We have adopted a 5-Step Gutter Cleaning Process that ensures the gutters are cleaned correctly the first time. We offer maintenance contracts for customers who wish to have us come out seasonally and service the gutters. In addition, we are experts in all areas of gutter repairs, including damaged fascia boards, soffit repairs, aluminum trim capping, rehanging gutters/downspouts, We also install aluminum and copper gutters and downspouts in both 5inch and 6 inch sizes as well as all colors. We are authorized installers of micro guard gutter covers.
In addition to being accredited by the Better Business Bureau and operating with an A+ Rating, Spotless Gutter Cleaning and Repair, Inc. is a member of the Association of Gutter Service Companies. This is a trade association dedicated to improving industry standards. All member companies must abide by a code of ethics and must meet the following stringent standards:
